Geeta, This class (Set. 20) was amazing, and we have wonderful leftovers to look forward to. I am also looking forward to visiting the international markets that you mentioned (Tom and I have been to the one here in Pullman, but haven't made it to the 2 in Moscow) to buy spices with purpose! Thanks so much for the class. Who knew that a little lemon juice and salt could make cucumber and onion taste so good!
